How to book
Contact us on our contact page or by calling or texting 906-204-5239 or emailing info@esjaysaunas.com. Please provide the time slot you are wanting to reserve, your name and the number of people you are making a reservation for.
How it works
Our wood fired mobile sauna will be set up at the event. Our sauna has a small changing room and we will also provide a changing tent outside if you need to change into proper sauna clothing, although we suggest you be as close to ready to hop in the sauna before you come. Some events that we go to will have a shower room or bathroom nearby to use as a changing room. Once in proper clothing you can use the sauna for the duration of your session, please use the last 5 minutes of your reservation to change back into your clothing/gather your supplies. We ask that you please be out of the sauna once your reservation time is done. A sauna session usually consists of warming up in the sauna for 10-15 minutes and then a cool down session outside and then repeat until your time is done. Cool water or a cold plunge will be provided to rinse off after your session. Please come 15 minutes before your scheduled time to allow time to change into proper attire.
What to wear and bring
Please wear a swimsuit or athletic shorts and a tank top/sports bra. Flip-flops are good shoes to bring when you go outside to cool down. Bring a towel and a water bottle that is not glass or metal to keep hydrated. A bathrobe is nice to wear during cool down periods but is not necessary. We will also have towels available to use.
Community session
Community sessions are open to the public. You will share the sauna experience with up to 4 others. You will have the opportunity to meet and experience the sauna Löyly with other sauna enthusiasts or invite your friends to join in. If every spot is not reserved in a time slot it would then be first come first serve, so always feel free to come by to see if there is room for you!
Private session
Book your own private sauna session with up to 5 friends or family. If a private session time slot is not reserved, it would then turn into a community session, so be on your toes to grab a seat! Some events will not have private sessions offered.
It can only be covered by a professionally fitted conference center. In addition to traditional and tasteful furnishings, the hotel conference rooms do provide amenities appropriate for meetings and training. The sound system and the microphone ensure the sound is right,
